Wildebeest in South Africa refer to the two species, Blue Wildebeest (Brindled Gnu) and Black Wildebeest (White-tailed Gnu), which are found in different habitats across the country. We visited a game reserve near Mossel Bay, South Africa and on a sunset drive we spotted a herd charging across the bushveld. I tried to capture the wildness of this magnificent gnu with poster-like brush work.
