4. Sales of Artwork 

  • Selling of Artwork on this website is done either by contacting Ellen Casalena directly, or through this website's Contact page, or through Saatchi Art, i.e. www.saatchiart.com/ellencasalena

    • Saatchi Art – When engaging with the Saatchi Art website users are subject to their terms and conditions.

    • Pricing & Payment –Pricing displayed on Saatchi Art's website includes packing and shipping. Payment and Shipping is done via the Saatchi Art.

    • Shipping – Unless prior Shipping arrangement is made with Ellen Casalena directly, default Shipping is provided by Saatchi Art and is subject to their Shipping and Refund Terms. Ellen Casalena is not responsible of liable in any way for errors or misunderstandings with regards Saatchi Art shipping and delivery services. Please read Saatchi Art's Shipping and Refund Terms carefully.

    • Refunds/Loss/Returns – For sales made through Saatchi Art, insurance is provided through Saatchi Art and buyers will be fully refunded/credited if the artwork is damaged or lost. Note that for sales made other than Saatchi Art, and/or made directly with Ellen Casalena, insurance arrangements are to be made by the buyer. If not, and should the artwork be lost or damaged, then Ellen Casalena is not liable to refund the price, replace the artwork, nor pay shipping, legal, or any other unforeseen costs in this regard.

  • Ellen Casalena is not responsible or liable for any of the third party applications, websites or links on this website, including Shopify and its backend support or theme functionality, or website content, downtime, app functionalities, website contact page, access to galleries, Saatchi Art's website and its content, price, special discount offers they may offer, Saatchi Art's service delivery, shipping and returns, reviews, representations, nor social apps such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok or other, linked from this website.
